In the book today is another Rest Day! I rather like this program!
However, I did walk for 20 minutes alongside beautiful Morecambe Bay in the sunshine and then spent another 30 minutes on a bench basking like a seal, watching the tide come in! I am blessed to work for myself, but all too often I forget to take a break. It was good to remember the beauty that surrounds me here in Morecambe.
I also came home and sorted the website blog page! I hope you will subscribe and follow my journey towards being fit for CarFest 2025.
We officially launch this year’s Buddies fundraising for the CarFest charities on Thursday so tomorrow I will remind you all of how Have-a-go-Heroes came about.
