had a beautiful day today!
It started with a mention on the breakfast show from Jonathan Stuart who has been inspired to start running again!
Then I took a gentle 10 minute walk along the shore before settling down with an Open Uni text book and a coffee to study for 90 minutes!
Then a blood test to check my vitamin levels before picking up my daughter and grandson for lunch overlooking the bay.
Finished it all off with another walk to the hairdresser for new hair!
So today was a mental health day – as important as all the physical stuff!
